Return, Refund and Cancellation policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation where PetMed Team owns the accountability. Please read the details of each product and go through the invoice before accepting the order, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to escalate the same to the grievance redressal system. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 2 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
We will try our best to serve our clients, but in case of any unavoidable circumstances we’ll refund the cost of expenditure for any service provided by us not meeting the expectation. For the product/s any complaint/s or quality concern/s should be taken up directly with the respective company’s customer care team. PetMed doesn’t hold any liability to provide an expected resolution unless coordinated with the company directly
